But ...So I struggle too in the exercise department. But I have found two different workouts that I would recommend for starters. The first. Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred. It is twenty minutes. We all have twenty spare minutes. And it kicks my butt. However my current favorite workout program is Walk Away the Pounds. 15 minutes for the one mile workout and add 15 minutes for every additional mile up to the four mile workout. We put a show on the tv and use the laptop for the workout DVD but muted. It is a good method for me... Though confession: I only exercised once last week. Oops!
