Weekly Goals

Here's how I did last week:
  • NFAD --> 4 days
  • 64 oz --> 5.5 days
  • Walks --> 5 days!
  • <1800 cal --> 3 days ish
This week I will:
  • Continue NFAD
  • Continue drinking 64 ounces daily
  • Walk 5 days
  • Eat less than 1800 calories daily
  • And somehow clean my entire house before Saturday.
